The Monday befroe the closing, we had a snow, sleet, rain sleet ice storm that made road travel impossible, and I discovered that the kitshen sink faucet was leaking, and needed to be replaced, I called three plumbers and they were all too busy to help.

I would have replaced the faucet myself, but the cold water valve was broken. the need for an experienced plumber was necessary and soon.

Julia Robins called to see how things were going, and she called Greenport Plumbing and they came the next day. That was great. Luckily the storm had passed and the sun was out to melt the ice off the pavement.

Julia Robins did a great job getting the condo sold, in fact another agent in her agency client bought it. I wish I had more property for her to sell.
